La scatola ha opere d'arte che pubblicizzano wafer di zenzero fatti in casa e sul retro una classica immagine in stile art nouveau di una giovane ragazza che si gode i suoi biscotti allo zenzero. La Tin Box Company, con sede a Long Island, NY, iniziò la sua attività nel 1952 come Daher Limited, producendo tutte le lattine in Inghilterra. Nel 1980 il nome della società fu cambiato in The Tin Box Company of America, Inc e tutta la produzione fu spostata a Hong Kong.

Tin Box Ginger Wafers homemade by the Famous Biscuit Company. Collectible tin from Daher Limited, dating to before 1980. The box has artwork advertising homemade ginger wafers and on the reverse a classic art nouveau image of a young girl enjoying ginger biscuits she with ginger. The Tin Box Company, based in Long Island, NY, began business in 1952 as Daher Limited, manufacturing all of its cans in England. In 1980 the company name was changed to The Tin Box Company of America, Inc and all production was moved to Hong Kong.
